1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under these conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/accessories.

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, downloads).

  • Personalized/custom-made items.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us​ at support@urbanity.latwith:

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for return.

    • Photos (if the item is damaged/defective).

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days​ with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method​ after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days​ after approval.

  • Bank/postal delays may add 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


4. Exceptions & Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Items damaged by customer misuse or returned after 30 days are ineligible for refunds.

  • Sale/discounted items may only qualify for store credit or exchange.
