1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under these conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/accessories.
The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Non-returnable items:
Digital products (e.g., software, downloads).
Personalized/custom-made items.
Clearance or final-sale items.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number.
Reason for return.
Photos (if the item is damaged/defective).
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval.
Bank/postal delays may add 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exceptions & Notes
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Items damaged by customer misuse or returned after 30 days are ineligible for refunds.
Sale/discounted items may only qualify for store credit or exchange.
